FAQ'S

(SCROLL DOWN TO ORDER)

Once you order Coeur, your order will be sent straight to Noah Percy (your grade's associate.) When he receives your order, he will find the earliest date your chosen bread type is available. Your bread's order information will then be sent to the Baker (Alleyna Moeller.) Once these steps are all completed and your delivery date is set, you will be sent a confirmation email, giving you your bread's delivery date and asking you where you would like it delivered.

WHERE WILL YOU GET YOUR BREAD?

Generally, student deliveries will occur while at school, but home delivery is available in the Norwalk/West Des Moines area for a small extra charge.

WHEN WILL YOU GET YOUR BREAD?

Once you've ordered, your Associate will find you the earliest date your order can be made. Average bread orders are delivered within a week. Due to strong demand for some bread, some bread purchases may take longer. (unless you are willing to pay an extra 25% for accommodation and not receive any rewards from sales codes.)

HOW LONG IS THE BREAD GOOD FOR?

When it comes to freshness, the bread is good for 5 days, better in 3, and can be frozen for up to 3 months.

WHAT IF THE ORDER IS WRONG?

If you receive the wrong order, you will receive the extra bread from the wrong order along with your actual order on the next bread day (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). If for some reason your order comes late, Coeur will offer you extra bread in accommodation (quantity depends on the original order).

WHEN DO YOU PAY?

Payment is due anytime after your order & before your bread is delivered
